Each project is shaped by the operational reality of its users. At Desna Aqua Sport, the renovation reorganizes the gym layout for spatial efficiency, adds a dedicated massage room and a modern hammam, and rebuilds the entrance, locker rooms, and restrooms around the daily flow of members through the facility — supported by automated access control and refreshed finishes throughout. At Avangard, the focus was structural: reinforcing the building envelope, opening up the training spaces for better light and ventilation, replacing locker and shower facilities entirely, and upgrading the lighting and air systems for energy efficiency that lasts. The football field at School No. 1 followed a different logic — purpose-built artificial turf engineered for athletic use, perimeter fencing for safety, and accessible pathways integrated into the school grounds. Across all three projects, the principle was the same: deliver facilities that work for the people using them every day, with the structural quality to keep working long after the renovation is complete.
